Donate To The CompleteFitKid Foundation!

Together, we can stop the childhood obesity epidemic! The Complete Fit Kid Foundation (the “Foundation”) is in the process of preparing and filing its Application for Recognition of Exemption under Section 501(c)(3) with the IRS to obtain a federal tax exemption. When the IRS approves a timely filed exemption application, exempt status is retroactive and recognized back to the date the organization was created. The Foundation filed its Articles of Incorporation (as a nonprofit public benefit corporation) with the California Secretary of State on March 14, 2016. Accordingly, the Foundation’s contributors do not have advance assurance of deductibility because our exemption is pending. However, as long as the Foundation ultimately qualifies for exemption for the period when you make your contribution, which we anticipate will happen, it will be tax-deductible as provided by law. Alternatively, if the Foundation ultimately does not qualify for exemption, then your contribution will not be tax deductible. If you have questions regarding your specific situation, please consult your tax and/or legal advisor. The Foundation shall have neither liability nor responsibility to any person or entity for any loss or damage caused by, or from reliance upon, the information contained herein.

Thank you so much for your interest in the CompleteFitKid Foundation. We are currently in the process of filing our Application for Recognition of Exemption under Section 501(c) (3) of the Internal Revenue Code (Form 1023). Upon receiving a favorable determination letter from the IRS, our organization’s tax-exempt status will be retroactive to March 14, 2016. Our proposed nonprofit organization is designed specifically for children and adolescents, run by elite level professionals including sports medicine doctors, strength and conditioning specialists, fitness trainers, and other health and fitness professionals. We specialize in running youth fitness camps designed to be both fun and educational for our nation’s children.

As a sponsor, your donations will serve to help our company succeed by allowing us to expand our efforts. Our organization is growing quickly and, therefore, we need your continued support for business operations, equipment, staffing, transportation and facility usage. Our dream is to have a CompleteFitKid learning and training facility in every major city across the country, and with your help, this vision will be a reality.

Running, Jumping, and Moving Our Kids To a Happier, Healthier Future

Kids used to play until the street lights turned on, and parents would call them home. Parent’s are no longer worried about their kids playing too much, but rather not playing enough. Today, Doctors are advising parents to monitor their children’s body mass index (height-to-weight ratio) as the obesity epidemic among children has almost quadrupled what it was in the late 1960s.

What’s to blame? Lack of physical education, poor nutrition, and increasing sedentary lifestyles have risen exponentially over the last five decades. What’s the solution? CompleteFitKid teaches the foundational movements that are at the core of every healthy adult. The ability to move, run, jump, and dance are fundamentally necessary to live a long, happy, healthy life. Our coaches teach and refine these skills using our revolutionary fitness program developed by an Olympic Sports Physician and Strength and Conditioning Specialists.  Physical activity will not only prevent the chances of obesity and disease, but also teach healthy habits that can last a lifetime.
